This is our signature massage using a blend of Roman chamomile & patchouli to promote relaxation for mind & body. This light pressure massage not only reduces stress but helps balances & harmonises the body.

Hot stone massage

Claire is fully qualified in LAStone therapy, one of the best hot stone training courses available. Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

Deep tissue massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.

Our Pregnancy Massage Treatments are ideal from 12 weeks onwards and are adapted by the therapist at every stage of pregnancy to provide the most deeply relaxing and soothing treatment possible.

Indian Head Massage has been practised in India for over 1000 years. Traditionally the techniques were restricted to the head and hair, to improve scalp and hair condition of Indian women. Nowadays a system incorporating the upper back, shoulders, neck, upper arms and face, has evolved (developed by Norendra Mehta) in the belief that these are important energy centres in the body and by treating these the whole body can benefit.

Indian Head Massage is a safe, accessible, and convenient therapeutic treatment that can be performed either in the clinic or the workplace. Treatment can provide instant relief from tension and stress symptoms and induce a state of calm, peace and tranquillity and also promote high levels of alertness and concentration.

This simple yet effective therapy uses a variety of techniques to manipulate soft tissue. It is performed with the client in a seated position, usually through light clothing and without the use of oils. The therapist uses a range of different massage pressures and rhythms to stimulate the head, neck, and upper back and shoulder area.

This massage is the most common type of treatment at the salon & is carried out with a deeper pressure than our signature massage. Swedish massage combines various hands-on techniques including gliding, kneading, and cross-fiber friction to break up muscle knots, called adhesions. Swedish massage can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing, depending on what you want from the treatment.
